Main modules

The following is a list of the most basic modules of the system with a brief description of their purpose:

Main screen

instant access to all modules of the system; an area for different types of reminders and alarms; area for exchanging instant messages with other users of the system; endless possibilities for color layout;

Warehouses and goods

Hierarchical presentation and management of warehouses, groups, subgroups, goods, serial numbers, batches and additional costs; setting an image and defining additional properties for each product;

Companies and individuals

List of all types of counterparties with which the system works (customers, distributors, suppliers, agents, carriers and employees); possibility to organize the distributors to work according to the principles of multi-level trade;

Passwords

A password, fingerprints, over 500 types of access rights, visibility of warehouses, cash registers, banks, etc. can be set for each employee; possibility to set passwords and rights for customers in order to use the WEB version as an online store;

Price lists and special prices

Complex pricing; possibility to define price lists, formula bound to warehouses, groups of goods and goods; defining special prices for certain customers under certain conditions; defining promotions; printing the price lists in different ways;

Exchange rates

Setting exchange rates for the currencies with which the system works; setting cross courses; each transaction in the system by default accepts the rate of the day, but another can be set if necessary;

Sales

Credit / debit for revaluation

Entering new and editing old credit/debit for revaluation of goods; through this module, goods can be revalued according to sales or deliveries already made; with this type of account, there are no movements of money or goods, but the balance of the counterparty changes; both paid and unpaid goods can be revalued;

Revisions

Entering new and editing old warehouse revisions; speeding up revision through the use of barcode readers; possibility of revision within a few days; calculation of shortages such as quantities and money;

Invoicing
